Where:Vasa Park (3560 W Lake Samammish Pkwy SE) at the big shelter (called "The Patio")
When:6 PM (closes at 8PM)
Catering:
- Dickey's barbecue in Issaquah (we picked up) for 80 adults
- Chandra Bhaskara brought several vegetarian dishes.
Entertainment:Vasa Park playground equipment and swimming. Mariners ticket raffle. Bellevue Fire Truck.
Attendees: 73 adults, 29 children from 6-14, 5 and under were not counted.

Agenda:
- HOA meeting was called to order at 6:15 PM
- Current Board members were introduced
- Review of HOA projects
- CCRs passed with 75% vote, in process of filing
- Earth Day
- Garage sale, Got Junk trucks 2x a year
- Mailbox shelter re-roofing
- HOA Picnic
- Feed back was asked on current projects and desired projects. No feedback was given.
- Announced that copies of Treasurer’s Report were available
- Anne Clark encouraged residents who haven’t paid their dues to do so
- Nominations were called for Board positions and no nominations were made
- A show of hands for re-electing the current Board for another years term was taken and it passed
- Residents were reminded that we have both a website and Facebook
- Residents who are new or not in our database were encouraged to sign the Resident Contact Information form
- Raffle tickets for 2 pairs of Mariners were given out as people lined up for food. The drawing will done at end of the Emergency Preparation presentation
- Chandra was thanked for his Mayuri food contribution
- Carol Ross was present and thanked for arranging the Fire Truck and Emergency Preparedness
- Fire truck arrived around 6:30 PM and parked next to shelter
- Captain Darren Rainey was thanked for providing a fire truck and the firemen from Firestation 2 were introduced
- Pam Griswold was introduced and began her presentation at 6:45 PM
- Pam provided a break for people to check out the fire truck for 10 minutes
- Pam handed out a tool for turning off gas and water and gave residents a hands-on demonstration on how to use the tool.
- Pam concluded her talk and the drawing for the Mariners tickets was done.
- Meeting was adjourned at 7:30 and clean up
