Some Reflections On 41.5 by resident and former HOA Social Chair, Sue Rietveld
The 41.5 neighborhood was annexed by the City of Bellevue in February of 2001.
The 41.5 Name came from the fact that the development contained 41.5 acres. It also corresponds to the street location of being located around SE 41st.
