Where:Vasa Park (3560 W Lake Samammish Pkwy SE) at the big shelter.
When:6 PM (closes at 8PM)
Catering:
  • Dickey's barbecue in Issaquah (we picked up) for 60 adults
  • Chandra Bhaskara brought several vegetarian dishes.

Entertainment:Vasa Park playground equipment and swimming
Attendees:120 residents including children

  • Treasurer's report (spreadsheet done as poster)
    • Sarah explained the details of the 2016 expenses and checking account balance
    • No comments were made
  • Projects for 2016 (illustrated with a poster)
    • CCRs:
      • 70 in favor
      • 12 against
      • Target: 85 in favor
      • 30 residents have not voted
      • Bruce asked for those who were in attendance, who hadn't voted to vote (5 additional yes votes were added)
    • Sidewalk pressure washing failure using Mr. Pressure Wash was explained by Bruce. Remedy was to open two tickets with the City of Bellevue to clean sidewalk, and fix drain that caused the moss buildup.

  • Nominations for HOA Board positions. No nominations were made. A verbal vote of instating existing officers for another term was taken, and was successfully passed:
    • Bruce Terrill - President
    • Helen Shen - Vice President
    • Sarah Kiebler - Treasurer
    • Alex Krawarik - Secretary
