General Presentation - Alex Krawarik

• Introduction: Alex reviews neighborhood property sales and assessments, and the low inventory status
• Construction update: Bellevue doesn't have funding yet for the 4 additional segments of the West Lake Sammamish Parkway projects.

CCR Rewrite

• Alex discusses the history of the rewrite.
• Gaby Metzger commented on the townhouse and condo language being inappropriate
• Arturo Quiroz commented on the general plantings section is overly restrictive
• Keith Kringlen commented that there is unnecessary and excessive language concerning common areas

Financial Report - Sarah Kiebler

• We are ahead for the year despite lawyer fees and the pressure washing project between the upper and lower neighborhoods
