General:Arborist Mike from Evergreen Tree Service. They have offered their services for thinning big trees, ornamental, pruning of trees and shrubs and cleanout dead wood. He is willing to negotiate between neighbors and offer a discounted price on their services.
Financial: The fixed expenses are as follows: Common area lawn service and maintenance $2Kyr. Entrance Sign lighting $15 month with additional fees for maintenance; Mailing $50 twice a year or $100; annual Picnic; Garage Sale and a donation to Green Planet. There are 16 outstanding dues. $10K to implement the new CC&R’s. Available funds $31,002.46.
Entrance Island/Sign:
We are currently looking for maintenance free and the suggestions are River Rock which requires plastic, soil and then the rock or Astro turf – samples provided.
Neighborhood Lighting:
• Four homes on W. Lake Sammamish need to decide on what they want to do for lights.
• Request for lighting passed the retaining wall. Six homes needed for approval before we can move forward.
• SE 40th Place at the bottom of the hill has complained of lighting near the mailbox. Possibly a small light is needed.
Curb Painting:
Everyone will receive their house number painted on the curb.
CC&R’s:
Written in 1980 haven’t been updated since. Developer was New Pacific Co. We have since changed from King Co. to City of Bellevue. This will need to be re‐written and goes the board for draft. This will need to be finalized by an attorney.
Misc:
