West Lake Sammamish Parkway Issues

  • Will there be some trash cans along the new stretch?
  • Can we use the inconvenience of 2013 to leverage improvements in 41.5, such as playground equipment in the park, sound wall for upper neighborhood, or lighting for the dark section between upper/lower neighborhoods
  • Safety concerns about the new roundabout's signage since Sue's car has been hit already.
  • Patch of 41.5 property between new sidewalk and lot #1 is currently dirt and Bellevue has asked us what we intend to do with this. Alex thinks this can covered with astro-turf surplus that he has.

  • Mailbox pressure washing and possible replacement
  • Pressure washing retaining wall and sidewalk between upper/lower neighborhoods
