Setup

  • 1 big pit with streamer between them
  • 2 bales of hay. It was enough.
  • Alex and Bruce arrive at 9am for setup on Sat 19th, (Vasa is at 10am) for 10:30am kickoff for 41Point5. - Alex,
  • Bruce, Wes, possibly Sue.
  • 350$ budgeted. 2 golden eggs per age group.
  • Sandwich boards for the age groups, Bruce has. 1-3, 4-6, 7 and up.
  • Wes' father-in-law will take the straw.
  • Bruce to bring stakes, and ribbon too.
  • Sue to call Matt and Jenny to see if they want to help.
  • AI Bruce: Do an email-blast re: Easter Egg Hunt asap, mentioning day, time (adjusted to 10:30 to accommodate those who also want to go to Vasa Park), and age groups.
  • AI Sue: Put it on the sign down in front
  • AI Sarah: Put a flyer on the mailboxes
  • AI Sarah: Buy additional gifts for golden egg awards

    Finances (Sarah)

    • Still waiting on 8 homeowners to pay their dues.
    • 7 people overpaid, 2 paid 125$, 5 people paid 100$
    • Check on lot 68? Alex received voicemail.
    • Comments:
      • Everett - not buildable lot. Not sure what Everett wants to build since he already has a house on the lot.
      • Would appreciate using the funds to clean up the moss and slippery sidewalks, planting something in the spot now that the construction is down.
      • Rusty's house - I am not paying this, new owner will.

      CCR Rewrite

      • How much does Mike still have on retainer-

      2014 Annual Meeting

      • Library ? No, Sambica, no excuse to not make it.

      • Date set: June 10th. 7pm.
      • 1 week before the meeting, Wes will walk the block and stick a notice on every door.

      • Professional property management discussed for monitoring and notifying residents of CCR violations
      • Lot 58 is moving to FL
      • AI Bruce: get bids to do pressure washing from trail to lower house. Mr. Pressure Washer was one to check out.
