  • Annual meeting

    • Expanded egg hunt area for ages 7+ (3 bales of hay needed)

    • Games prior to hunt - more audience participation needed. Perhaps egg throw at target, or ask kids to design a egg throw enclosure for protecting the egg prior to the event.

    • Recommended changes for next years mailing - Change external mailing label to "41.5 Resident", do not use a name to capture new residents (Bruce)
    • Evaluate dues required for next year
    • Keep 1 years of dues in checking, transferring the rest to savings
  • Lawyer expenses (Sarah and Bruce)
    • Total payments made so far (Sarah)
    • Cost of filing with county ($72 for 1st page, $1 per each additional pages for a total of $93)

    • Sidewalk between upper and lower neighborhood has moss build up again. Ask maitenance guy (Tommy) to put down environmentally friendly moss killer - AI - Sarah
    • City of Bellevue to address confluence of multiple drainage pipes into main sewer pipe on street
  • 41.5 Park maintenance
    • Recommended pressure washing picnic tables
    • Replacing three additional fence posts
    • We're OK on the rest of the park.
