• Discuss first draft CCR on June 4th.
• Email blast Michael Spence draft comments & newsletter.
• Snail mail revised Draft of CCRs to all residents, to contain:
  • CCRs draft
  • Self-addressed stamped envelope for feedback
  • Reject, Approve, additional comments. Allow 3 weeks to review.
• Solicit feedback at annual meeting
• Allow 3 weeks to review.
• Board meeting to consolidate feedback. Michael Spence is there?
• Second draft comes out after consolidation and update by Michael.
• CCRs 2nd draft is mailed
  • Self-addressed stamped envelope
  • Ballot is sent to Reject, Approve.
• Do a mailing campaign after 2-3 weeks depending on response.

Annual meeting

• June 25th or a night same week
• Figure out where to do annual meeting
  • Sunset Elementary – 1st choice
  • Community Center – 2nd choice

Garage sale dates

• Weekend of June 22nd, 23rd.
