  • Minutes read-out from last meeting – Bruce
  • 20 dues outstanding at the time.
  • Blue tarp on the corner, Michael, fixed.
  • Water main work, should be done by now, according to the city.
  • 108 was barked, sold.
  • Sue on social.
  • Drafting newsletter, Easter Egg hunt.
  • Paving to commence on May 24th for upper half.
  • Condensation and lightbulbs for sign, contact Prime Electric, and get turf people to come back and fix turf - Alex

Annual Meeting agenda – Alex

  • To finalize order and times, send out by June 1 to HOA Board.
  • Sambica – contract review – Alex, and sign
  • Sign-in sheet for meeting – Bruce
  • Plug for the HOA website. – Bruce
  • Financial statement for homeowners – Kathy.
  • Rental % in community?
  • Review the things we’ve done this year:
    Summer picnic, Easter Egg hunt, Garage Sale, Got Junk truck
  • Review budget for 2012 – 2013. – Kathy.
  • Elections: Nominations for the coming year? Post the person, Lot #,
  • Put it out to the floor, ask if there are any nominations from the floor.
  • Social is a position we’d like to fill? Sue can continue on, she is doing OK. Sarah?
  • Need ballots -Alex
  • At least need 1 more for Arch review committee
  • Need someone to spearhead the CCR subcommittee
  • Take a straw poll for how often people want to see email blasts? - Alex
  • Homeowners, what do you want to see in the coming year? - Alex

Garage Sale, Got Junk

  • Did the green thing, and that was free.
  • OneGreenPlanet – they should come first - Alex
  • 1800 Got Junk – they come second – Alex
  • 2 trucks, one for upper and one for lower areas.
  • no large appliances, no mattresses, no refrigerators, no carpet removal
  • tires are ok, small appliances ok
  • dumpster – come during the weekday?

CCRs Update

  • Why haven’t we done anything on the CCRs?
  • Needs to be better communication with the board through mails (can’t go two months without responding)

Social - Sue

  • Welcome packages for 3 homes have sold. Virginia, Jane, and 108. 3 homes still for sale.
  • Clarify responsibilities for the house on the corner, #108 – Michael and Alex to do. City code to maintain sidewalk, plus it’s the entrance to our neighborhood.
  • What about Tommy, can he maintain that?
  • Lights out on sign responsibility. - Alex
  • Next Meeting date and time, TBD afer annual meeting, has to be by Aug 15th.
