CCRs Update
- Why haven’t we done anything on the CCRs?
- Needs to be better communication with the board through mails (can’t go two months without responding)
Social - Sue
- Welcome packages for 3 homes have sold. Virginia, Jane, and 108. 3 homes still for sale.
- Clarify responsibilities for the house on the corner, #108 – Michael and Alex to do. City code to maintain sidewalk, plus it’s the entrance to our neighborhood.
- What about Tommy, can he maintain that?
