We usually pick the Saturday on the weekend following Labor Day.

From 4-7pm, with food starting at 5pm.
Entertainment
Starts at 4pm for an hour, followed by entertainment at 5:30pm and Pinata break towards around 6:30pm
Food Items
- 60 hamburger patties Golden Steer
- 1pkg hotdogs (30 cnt) from Costco
- Hotdog and hamburger buns for both meat (60 hamburger, 30 hotdogs) from Costco
- 2-3 pkg of chips- corn, potato, multigrain
- 1 potato salad
- 1pkg american cheese
- 1 veggie tray for dipping
- 2 cookie packs from Costco
- 1 -2 brownie bites
- 2 grapes, green and red
- Tinfoil for hot meat storage on cookie sheets
- condiment pack- catsup, mustard and mayo no larger than 48oz each... most likely 30 something oz
- 1-2 red onion
- 1 head lettuce
- 2-3 lg tomatoes
- Costco flat packs of pop- coke, diet, sprite
- 1 case of water
- 1 pkg juice box for little kids
- 1 30ct box of gallon baggies for pinyata candy storage
- Day of picnic, 6-8 bags of ice from Albertsons depending on the outside temperature
