41Point5 Newsletter

  • New Draft CCR's are online, drawn up by specialists in CCRs at the lawfirm of Hellsell Fetterman. Please go to the 41point5.org website and click on the link under the "Message Board" heading on the right side to view the latest.

  • Nominations for new Board Members – At a minimum, we need to fill the Treasurer position. Please send an email to board@41point5.org with nominations.

  • Annual Garage Sale will be on the weekend of June 21-23, from 9 AM to 3 PM. Please leave your garage door(s) shut if you are not participating.

  • Annual Meeting will be on June 25th, at Lake Hills Library on Tuesday June 25th from 7 PM - 9PM. Please review the new CCR draft before the meeting.

  • The "Got Junk" trucks will be here on the weekend of June 29th and 30th at 9am, until they are filled up.

    There will be a truck in the upper subdivision, by the entrance to the I-90 Trail, and there will be a truck in the lower subdivision, most likely across from the retaining pond. There will be two attendants on hand with each Got Junk truck, who can help you with your items.

    Note: No hazardous waste or paint, no large appliances, no mattresses, no refrigerators, no carpet removal, tires are ok, small appliances ok

    In addition to the Got Junk truck, our 41point5 president (Alex Krawarik) has volunteered his 4x8 trailer to be on site in the upper subdivision, next to the truck, to take things for 1GreenPlanet.

    Please familiarize yourself with the list of things 1 Green Planet takes, and put them in the trailer, rather than in the Got Junk truck!

  • Please slow down! We don’t want to put speed bumps or annoying signs up to reduce the speeds! We've witnessed cars passing other cars inside the neighborhood, which is unnecessary and dangerous for our residents and especially the children.
