Architecture and House Colors
19:10 Architecture and house colors discussion. Open discussion of Bancroft house colors, whether any more complaints occurred (no), how to more effectively decide on colors in the future.
19:13 Reviewed the new CCR section that pertains to seeking approval from Architectural, some subtle wordsmithing here. 2 new roofs are coming.

Break-Ins
19:17 Break-Ins, Sarah had 2 car break ins. Albertsons is a drug deal place, we are just down stream from that, people come through, sweep, get the stuff, buy drugs and take off.
19:23 Talked about cameras and gates. cameras are probably the first step. Bruce will get them. Need to be hogh enough on the lightpoles so that they cannot be easily vandalized or disabled. Needs signs. Might consult with Everett. Start with signs, then get cameras.
19:27 Did the police give any advice? Lock your car, if you are an easy target they will keep coming back.

Bruce received the final copy from the lawyer today.
Review by Board and mail it.

Pressure Wash Entrance
19:34 Sarah and Helens kids to clean the sign with scrub brush as a community service project. Carla will try 30 seconds away first.

HOA Picnic

Weather was excellent. One request for barbeque for next year. Ice cream truck next year. Talked about whether the combination of food and tongan dancing might have been over the top. Carla suggests a Hoe Down, movie night, something like that.
Sending a questionaire might be useful, ask residents what they want to see next year. Alex to do a mail blast.

Blinking Light
19:43 Blinking Light. We've called multiple times, no one is coming, yet. Need exact address for the light. Its the maintenance department.

HOA Mailbox
19:46 The key got stolen when Sarah's car got broken into. Mailbox is good.

Three houses going up for sale in the upper loop that we know about.
The Proctor rental is back off the market, and will remain a rental.
Shutin residence sold for 695,000
The house on West Lake Sammamish no longer has sign there.

Nuisance Dog Complaint
Talked to Atair family at picnic, realized they were Marthas neighbors.
Police came and recommended that if Martha has further problems to take it up with animal control.
